Code § 34-16-15","heading":"Notification of Conviction or Pending Civil Action; Breach of Professional Ethics, Etc.","body":"(a) A licensee or permit holder shall notify the board within 10 days of any felony conviction, and within 10 days of a civil action being brought against the licensee or permit holder, if the civil action arose from an interpreting or transliterating transaction or involves the goodwill of a licensee or permit holder or an existing interpreting or transliterating business or agency.
