Code § 34-20-7","heading":"Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators - Authorization to Receive and Expend Funds; Audit.","body":"The Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators is hereby authorized to receive and expend, in carrying out the purposes of this chapter, all sums paid by applicants and registrants as provided in this chapter, and all sums which might be appropriated for such purposes, and are also authorized to receive and expend any funds available for such purposes from the federal government.
