Code § 34-25A-14","heading":"Applicability of Ethics Law; Sunset Law.","body":"(a) The members of the board and all employees of the board shall be subject to the State Ethics Law, Sections 36-25-1 to 36-25-30, inclusive.\n(b) The board shall be subject to the Alabama Sunset Law of 1981, and shall be classified as an enumerated agency pursuant to Section 41-20-3.
