Code § 34-29-82","heading":"Criminal Penalties.","body":"Any person who shall practice veterinary medicine without a current valid license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, and each act of unlawful practice shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
