Code § 34-34A-12","heading":"Waiver of Examination Requirements.","body":"For one year beginning on May 17, 1989, the board shall waive the examination requirement and grant a license to any person who:\n(1) Is registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, or\n(2) Has received a baccalaureate or post baccalaureate degree with a major in dietetics/nutrition or equivalent major course of study as approved by the board, from a college or university accredited by the Southern Association of Schools and Colleges or equal accrediting agency and who:\na. Shall have completed the accredited or approved experience as acceptable to the Commission on Dietetic Registration, or\nb.
