Code § 34-41-19","heading":"Denial, Suspension, or Revocation of License.","body":"The board may refuse to grant or renew, or may suspend or revoke the license of any person licensed under this chapter who:\n(1) Has violated this chapter or any rule or regulation of the board.\n(2) Has been convicted of a misdemeanor under this chapter.\n(3) Has been found guilty of gross unprofessional conduct, dishonest practice, incompetence, including but not limited to obtaining a license under this chapter through fraud or deceit, and aiding or abetting another person in obtaining a license by fraud or deceit.\n(4) Has been convicted of a criminal felony charge impinging on the moral and ethical character of the individual and the profession.\n(5) Has suffered revocation, suspension, or denial of a certificate or license to practice geology for any reason in another state.","path":["Title 34 Professions and Businesses.","Chapter 41 Geologists."],"source_url":"https://alison.legislature.state.al.us/code-of-alabama?section=34-41-19","current_through":"Act 2026-611","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T14:01:52Z","sha256":"9784c6939ae8a637f58ba1aada82467256a91c24eeaedf6a1892a15e88c276f2","source_id":"us-al","stale":false,"prev":"us-al/ala.-code-34-41-18","next":"us-al/ala.-code-34-41-20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
