Code § 35-4-411","heading":"Ordinance or Resolution Describing Proposed Conveyance.","body":"When the county commission, or the council or like governing body of a city or town, or governing body of any other subdivision determines to alienate any public improvement described in Section 35-4-410, it shall adopt a resolution or ordinance to that effect, describing the nature and extent of the proposed conveyance and the minimum consideration therefor, if any.
