Code § 35-6-123","heading":"Costs and Fees.","body":"The probate court may tax the costs against the unsuccessful party litigating, or against the crops, which may be sold in amount sufficient to satisfy the same, if not paid; but each share shall be charged with only its proportion of the costs.
