Code § 36-32-9","heading":"Fund - Creation; Acceptance and Disposition of Grants and Appropriations.","body":"There is hereby established and created in the Treasury of the state the Alabama Firefighters’ Personnel Standards and Education Fund.\nThe commission may accept grants from the federal government, its departments and agencies as well as grants and appropriations by the state, any county or municipality or any individual, corporation or fund.
