Code § 37-6-1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section, unless the context otherwise requires:\n(1) PERSON. Such term includes any natural person, firm, association, corporation, business trust partnership, federal agency, state, or political subdivision or agency thereof, or any body politic.\n(2) MEMBER.
