Code § 37-6-8","heading":"Bylaws.","body":"The original bylaws of a cooperative shall be adopted by its Board of Trustees. Thereafter, bylaws shall be adopted, amended, or repealed by its members voting in person, or if the Board of Trustees has so authorized, voting by mail.
