Code § 40-12-319","heading":"Penalty for Violation of Article.","body":"Any person, firm, corporation, copartnership, or association who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than $25, nor more than $100.
