Code § 40-7-91","heading":"Legislative Intent.","body":"It is the intention of the Legislature by the passage of this division to authorize each county in the state to finance, by the sale and issuance of interest-bearing warrants of such county, the payment of all or part of the costs of the appraisal of property in such county that is required by the provisions of Division 1 of this article.
