Code § 41-27-46","heading":"Disposition of Funds.","body":"All civil penalties collected pursuant to this article, after the collection, shall be deposited in the Highway Traffic Safety Fund on a monthly basis. After the deduction of the actual and necessary expenses of administering this article, the net proceeds shall be distributed as follows:\n(1) 33 1/3 percent shall be deposited in the Motor Vehicle Replacement Fund of the agency.\n(2) 60 1/3 percent shall be deposited in the Highway Traffic Safety Fund.
