Code § 41-4-320","heading":"Legislative Findings.","body":"The Legislature finds and declares the following:\nThe purpose of this article is to provide for the defense of those indigent defendants who have been found by a court to be unable to pay for their defense or representation in a trial or appellate court proceeding.
