Code § 41-7-5","heading":"Contracts and Agreements with Southern Travel Directors Council.","body":"The director may, with the approval of the Governor, enter into contracts and agreements with the organization known as the Southern Travel Directors Council, a regional travel advertising and promotion agency, for the purpose of expanding and extending the state’s tourist advertising program.
