Code § 41-9-165","heading":"Enforcement of Building Code.","body":"The Construction Management Division of the Department of Finance is empowered to provide adequate inspection service to insure compliance with the building code. Other agencies and instrumentalities of the state government are directed hereby to cooperate, as requested by the commission, in the enforcement of the building code.
