Code § 41-9-926","heading":"Acceptance of Gifts, Grants, Etc.; Tax Exempt; Entrance Fees; Concessions.","body":"The board may solicit and accept public or private donations, grants, contributions, property, or services, and all gifts made to the board shall be exempt from all taxation in Alabama. The board is authorized to set and charge reasonable entrance fees to view the museum and related exhibits.
