Code § 44-1-55","heading":"Annual Report to Governor.","body":"As soon after the end of a fiscal year as practicable, the Youth Services Board shall print and send to the Governor of Alabama a report to include the activities of the board, the need for facilities under its jurisdiction, juvenile service conditions in the state, plans for the future, financial reports for the preceding year, and the names and addresses of the members of the board.
