Code § 44-3-8","heading":"Admission of Governing Bodies into Membership of Corporations.","body":"Any governing body in the state as defined in this chapter may submit a letter of application to the corporation’s chair of the board of directors. Said letter shall be in compliance with admission procedures as established by the board.
