Code § 45-1-81.37","heading":"Recording Fee - Every Case.","body":"Effective September 1, 2003, a special recording fee of ten dollars ($10) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate with respect to every case filed in the Probate Court of Autauga County. This amount shall be in addition to all other costs and fees heretofore collected.
