Code § 45-11-172.05","heading":"Removal of Dangerous or Nuisance Dog Designation.","body":"The owner of a dog that has been declared to be dangerous or a nuisance by a court may petition the district court to remove the dangerous or nuisance dog designation 18 months after the judicial declaration was issued. A copy of the petition shall be filed with the district attorney.
