The merit system board created by this subpart.\n(2) COUNTY. Chilton County.\n(3) EMPLOYEE. Any law enforcement officer, radio operator, jailer, and law enforcement support personnel, not excepted by Section 45-11-231.02, who is employed by the sheriff.\n(4) MERIT EMPLOYEE.
