Code § 45-16-61","heading":"Deputy Coroner.","body":"REPEALED BY ACT 2023-406, EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2023.\nEach coroner of Coffee County may appoint a deputy coroner to serve at the pleasure of the appointing coroner.
