Code § 45-16-80","heading":"Expense Allowance for Clerk.","body":"Commencing October 1, 1985, the circuit clerk in Coffee County shall be entitled to receive a total expense allowance in an amount which when added to the salary paid by the state will make the total compensation thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000) per annum.
