Code § 45-17A-83.07","heading":"Report of Board to City Council.","body":"Within 60 days after the expiration of its fiscal year, the board shall make an annual report of its activities for the preceding year to the city council. Each report shall include an operating and financial statement covering operations of the utility systems during such fiscal year.
