Code § 45-18-82.57","heading":"Recording Fee - Every Case.","body":"Effective September 1, 1999, a special recording and filing fee of ten dollars ($10) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate with respect to every court case filed in the Probate Court of Conecuh County. This amount shall be in addition to all other costs and fees heretofore collected.
