Code § 45-18-82.59","heading":"Transaction Fee - Marriage.","body":"Effective September 1, 1999, a special transaction fee of five dollars ($5) shall be paid to and collected by its judge of probate with respect to the celebration of the rites of marriage as performed by the judge of probate. This amount shall be in addition to all other costs and fees heretofore collected.
