Code § 45-2-22.10","heading":"Agreements Governed by This Part; Transferees; Successors.","body":"(a) This part shall apply to agreements in existence on April 19, 2004, as well as agreements entered into or renewed after May 6, 2004.\n(b) A transferee of a wholesaler that continues in business as a wholesaler shall have the benefit of and be bound by all terms and conditions of the agreement with the supplier in effect on the date of the transfer; provided, however, a transfer of a wholesaler’s business which requires supplier’s consent or approval but is disapproved by the supplier shall be null and void.\n(c) A successor to a supplier that continues in business as a supplier shall be bound by all terms and conditions of each agreement of the supplier in effect on the date of succession.","path":["Title 45 Local Laws.","Chapter 2 Baldwin County.","Article 2 Alcoholic Beverages.","Part 3 Wine Sales."],"source_url":"https://alison.legislature.state.al.us/code-of-alabama?section=45-2-22.10","current_through":"Act 2026-611","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T14:01:52Z","sha256":"8a145417e7dd15449a4bbeda6f71968039d381ab11657ad61fc7bfad03b4cd13","source_id":"us-al","stale":false,"prev":"us-al/ala.-code-45-2-22.09","next":"us-al/ala.-code-45-2-22.11"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
