Code § 45-23-141.10","heading":"Regulatory Control and Supervision.","body":"With regard to the administration of the fees levied by this act, the Dale County Commission shall exercise such regulatory control and supervision over and may adopt rules and regulations as may be needed to meet the requirements of this part.
