Code § 45-3-120.04","heading":"Continuation of Employment.","body":"The employment of all individuals covered by this article shall be contingent upon:\n(1) Availability of funds.\n(2) Need for the work to be done.\n(3) Compliance with all rules, policies, and procedures established in accordance with this article.\n(4) Completion of a satisfactory probationary period.\n(5) Continued satisfactory job performance by the employee.\n45-3-120.05.\nThe Barbour County Commission shall have the authority to develop, adopt, and administer rules, policies, procedures, and other documents as may be necessary to implement the intent of this article.
