Code § 45-30-250.10","heading":"Rights-of-Way.","body":"The authority may use the rights-of-way of all public roads in the state after securing the written approval of the state or its agencies or departments or the county commission of any county; and subject only to the necessity of obtaining the municipal consent required by Section 220 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901. Nothing in this section shall be construed to exempt the authority from the requirements of Section 23-1-4.
