Code § 45-30-82.27","heading":"Special Recording Fee - Probate Court Cases.","body":"Effective September 16, 1997, a special recording fee of ten dollars ($10) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate with respect to every court case filed in the Probate Court of Franklin County. The special recording fee shall be in addition to all other costs and fees heretofore collected.
