Code § 45-31-141.02","heading":"Establishment of Fire Protection Districts.","body":"Any area situated entirely within the county may be established as a district for fighting fires pursuant to this article. No land lying within the boundaries of a municipality at the time a district is formed shall be included in the district unless the municipality adopts a resolution to be included in the district.
