Code § 45-32-90.03","heading":"Director.","body":"The authority may employ a director, who shall be its chief administrative officer and serve as secretary to the authority. The authority shall fix the salary of the director who shall serve at its pleasure. The director shall have authority to employ clerical and other assistants subject to the approval of the authority.
