Code § 45-34-233","heading":"Fees; Disposition of Funds.","body":"(a) In Henry County, the total fee for issuance of a permit to carry a pistol as provided by Section 13A-11-75, shall be twenty dollars ($20) per year.\n(b) The funds collected under subsection (a) shall be deposited by the Sheriff of Henry County in any bank located in Henry County selected by the sheriff, into a fund known as the Sheriff’s Pistol Permit Fund.
