Code § 45-35-83","heading":"Expense Allowance.","body":"The Judge of Probate and the Revenue Commissioner of Houston County shall be provided an expense allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per month, payable out of the county general fund from money not otherwise appropriated or as specified by the governing body of the county.
