Code § 45-35A-51.30","heading":"Legal Service.","body":"It shall be the duty of the city attorney to furnish legal advice and legal service to the board and the director, in the administration of this part and the rules and regulations adopted in pursuance thereof. However, the board is hereby authorized to employ special counsel when deemed necessary.
