Code § 45-37-171.43","heading":"Rulemaking Authority.","body":"The Jefferson County Board of Health is hereby authorized to adopt, and to alter from time to time, rules and regulations for the proper implementation and administration of this subpart that are not inconsistent with the express provisions hereof.
