Code § 45-39-200.13","heading":"Applications for Driver’s Licenses.","body":"The county license commissioner shall take applications for driver’s licenses or renewals thereof, temporary driver permits, and other motor vehicle operator’s licenses and give receipts for the fees paid therefor. All such applications shall be handled in every respect as prescribed in this code.
