Code § 45-39-200.17","heading":"Transfer of Title.","body":"Every purchaser of a motor vehicle, within 10 days after transfer of title to him or her, shall file such transfer with the office of the county license commissioner. Failure to do so shall result in a penalty fine of one dollar ($1).
