Code § 45-39A-10","heading":"Regulation of Alcoholic Beverage Sales on Sunday.","body":"(a) This section only applies in the City of Florence in Lauderdale County.\n(b) The sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises and off-premises consumption during certain hours after 12:00 p.m. on Sundays is authorized within the corporate limits of the City of Florence.
