Code § 45-40-80","heading":"Supplemental Expense Allowance - Circuit Judge.","body":"Immediately upon October 1, 2001, the Circuit Judge for the Thirty-sixth Judicial Circuit shall receive a supplemental expense allowance, payable in equal monthly installments from the Lawrence County General Fund, in an amount equal to 40 percent of the prevailing salary paid to such circuit judges by the state.
