Code § 45-41-260.03","heading":"Organization and Rules.","body":"The commission shall elect its chair and create and fill such other offices as it may determine. The term of chair shall be for one year, with eligibility for reelection. The commission shall normally hold at least one regular meeting each month. Commission members may not miss more than three meetings or a new member may be appointed in the same manner as the original member.
