Code § 45-41-83.07","heading":"Relation to Work Release and Rehabilitative Programs.","body":"Regardless of the authority granted to the board, the authority of the Lee County Sheriff to continue to conduct a work release program for persons detained or sentenced to the custody of the Lee County Sheriff may not be abrogated or curtailed in any manner without the prior approval of the Lee County Sheriff.
