Code § 45-42-200.17","heading":"Transfer of Title.","body":"Every purchaser of a motor vehicle, within 10 calendar days after the purchase, shall transfer the vehicle with the office of the county license commissioner. Failure to do so shall result in a penalty, not to exceed ten dollars ($10), as set by the county commission.
