Code § 45-43-172","heading":"Site Evaluation Test for Installation or Repair of Conventional Onsite Disposal Septic System.","body":"In Lowndes County, notwithstanding all laws, rules, and regulations to the contrary, upon request by a property owner, the county health department’s public health environmental soil specialist, or its duly appointed agent, shall perform a site evaluation test prior to the installation or repair of a conventional onsite disposal septic system at no cost to the homeowner.
