Code § 45-48-121.05","heading":"Meetings.","body":"The board shall fix the times for its regular meetings which shall not be less than monthly and it may call, adjourn, or hold special meetings at any time. A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. All meetings of the board shall be held in the Marshall County Courthouse.
