Code § 45-48-70.14","heading":"Annual Inventory of All Property.","body":"It shall be the duty of each member of the commission and each department head of Marshall County to file for public record with the commission office a sworn statement and inventory of all equipment, machinery, and property of the county in his or her custody or under his or her control before October 1 each year.
