Code § 45-48-70.59","heading":"Violations.","body":"Any person who willfully violates this subpart, in addition to any civil liability or penalty, shall on conviction be fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 12 months, or both.
